Mikhail Anatolyevich Abyzov ((ロシア語:Михаил Анатольевич Абызов)) is a Russian manager in the energetic and engineering industry,〔(Абызов Михаил, досье. Журнал «Энергия промышленного роста» )〕 and Chairman of the board of directors of Russia's biggest engineering company E4 Group.
In May 2012, he was appointed as Minister for Open Government affairs in Dmitry Medvedev's Cabinet, as the only responsible for Open Government Affairs Affairs in Russia.
== Education ==
Mikhail Abyzov graduated from the Sholokhov Moscow State Open Pedagogical University (now - Moscow State Humanitarian University) in 2000.
